"We stayed in Key West for five weeks and knew that we would need some type of fitness plan. We visited other work out studios and gyms and finally decided on StayFit. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. The spinning classes were excellent as were the instructors. The yoga classes were also excellent. We tried every type of spinning class and sampled every spinning instructor. I would rate every instructor and class a five out of five. The front desk people are extremely accommodating and it doesn't get any better than Raquel, the owner. By the way, my husband and his friend actually joined for the month after trying a spinning class. They are both avid bikers and found the classes perfect for training. Take it from me, this may be a small gym but it 'works out" BIG!!!"

"I started training with Raquel about a year ago after a series of sports injuries had set me back to the point that I was exercising inconsistently and gaining weight. With Raquel�s help and encouragement I was able to heal from my injuries, improve my form, and reestablish an exercise routine. She was supportive and tailored my workout to my goals rather than pressuring me to fulfill some impossible ideal. Recently I decided that I wanted to tackle my weight gain. We're writing to let you know of our totally favorable experience with the classes we attended at Stay Fit from Jan 23 - Feb 29 this year. This was our fourth year in Key West -- the first year we joined Stay Fit, the next two we were at another yoga studio, and this year we came back to Stay Fit. The reason we returned to Stay Fit was the types of classes at the times in which we prefer them. We are 60 year olds who do yoga at home back in Illinois. We also enjoy sleeping in a little, and so the late morning is our preferred time for classes. We found A. B. on Sunday morning to be the best yoga instructor we have ever had, and we also enjoyed Angellini's class on Saturday morning. We also really liked the Bones and Balance classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Both Kristin and Marna were very enthusiastic and committed, and the content of the classes was excellent -- I wish our yoga classes at home contained more balance work.

We look forward to returning to Stay Fit in 2013.

I must say..... this is one of the best workout/fitness centers I have ever belonged to! All the trainers are professional/fit people. They are dedicated to true fitness unlike other facilities in this area. I have found my new addiction.
