Darla Snyder

Darla Snyder is a former Jazz, Tap and Ballet Dancer who fell in love with Zumba after one class! This certified Zumba® Instructor brings that excitement to her classes and calls this a "Dance-Fitness Party". The classes blend upbeat rhythms of Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Hip Hop, Country, Swing, Bollywood and other genres. Dance Fitness has always been a part of her life and in her class you will shrink everything but your smile! In our classroom we plug in black lights so that your clothes, along with your smile, glow in the dark! Darla is certified in Group Exercise which focuses on aerobics and strength training. She is also a certified Enhanced Fitness Instructor for older adults to help them lead a more independent and active life using aerobic and resistance training to improve strength, flexibility and coordination.



  • Darla's motivation/fitness tip for you? On average you burn 500-1000 calories in a Zumba┬« class. We always have modification to dance moves so you don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy!
